Becky Keller – Administrative Assistant
I grew up in Alexandria, graduated from T.C. Williams, and attended The Falls Church with my family for a number of years. I spent the first two years of college pursuing a degree in music education, but God had other plans. After some brief time off from school, I went from the chaos of Northern Virginia to the stillness of the Adirondacks of New York. I spent two semesters in a tiny town with no stoplight and no Starbucks. It was there that I learned how much God wanted to teach me about himself, and how much more clearly I could hear his voice if I would just sit still for a moment.
I am currently finishing up my degree in Religious Studies at George Mason University, and working for Restoration. I have loved having the opportunity to discover what goes on behind the scenes to make our church function; glimpsing the gears and cogs that keep it running smoothly. My work includes preparing the worship guide and slide show for Sunday mornings, keeping membership records up to date, managing calendars, and lots of other odds and ends. I like to think that my work contributes to the building of the Kingdom, knowing that God is always working out his purposes.
When I’m not filing expense reports or writing papers, I love to be reading, hiking, climbing, skiing, playing ice hockey, listening to or playing music, and eating marshmallows.
