Selma screening and discussion. On Jan 6 at 7:00pm at the Regal Gallery Place movie theater, Restoration will host a screening of Selma along with The District Church, Pennsylvania Avenue Baptist Church, and Church of the Redeemer (PUSA). Participating in this discussion is a great ‘next step’ as we seek to understand and to love our neighbor. A limited number of tickets are available. Evensong starts again next week. Starting Sun, Jan 11 from 7-8 pm people will gather to sing, pray, light candles, commit our weeks to the Lord, exhort, meditate, and did I mention sing? Come a little early so that we can begin promptly at 7; bring your own candle or we can provide one. Whether you can come or not, please pray that we would be alert to the Holy Spirit in prayer and song. Questions? Ask Matt (the guy with the guitar) or ask around.
