Sunday Announcements – June 25, 2017
- Why in the world would you make a weekly, volunteer commitment for 10-months straight? Because we are a church of small groups — from our littlest kids to our adults. Talk to Louise about being a kids’ small group leader. louise@restorationarlington.org
- Summer Plans. We will continue the 5pm service through the month of July but then suspend the 5pm service from Aug 6th through September 3rd. The 9 and 11 am services will remain the same.
- Kids’ Small Groups Summer Style! During the summer, we have preschool kids’ small groups @ 9 & 11, but our elementary-aged kids can grab a worship bag to use as they stay in the service. Nursery will be available @ 9 & 11.
- Interested in leading a Small Group? Would you like to lead a Small Group? We are looking for new small group leaders for Fall 2017. If you are potentially interested in leading a group, please contact nathan@restorationarlington.org.
- Wednesday Lunchtime Eucharists are happening, and they will run through July (except July 5), 12:15pm to 1 in the sanctuary. Take a break at lunch mid-week to celebrate God’s goodness. Join us!
- Watermelon lovers wanted! Bring your kids (7+), your neighbors, & your small group to the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC) this summer from July 9-August 27. We need your help picking up donated produce from CP farmer’s market & bagging it at AFAC. http://bit.ly/2rp2Lwt
- Music and Tech at Restoration: Do you play an instrument and have a desire to help with music on Sundays? Are you interested in the world of audio visual technology and interested in getting trained up? Contact matt@restorationarlington.org. He is building music teams and tech teams and would love for you to be a part of it.
