Sunday Announcements – June 30, 2019
- It’s officially summer at Restoration! Our summer schedule is in full swing! We only have services at 9 AM and 11 AM and we only have nursery and preschool kids’ small groups. [Big kids worship with us in the service with kids’ worship bags available downstairs.]
- New to Restoration? Join us today on the third floor after the 11 AM service for a 15-20 minute conversation to meet the clergy and learn about Restoration. Snacks will be provided!
- Come and go tonight from 7:30-9 PM for Silent Soaking Prayer in the Fellowship Hall. This is an incredible opportunity to be still and receive healing and refreshment from the Lord in a prayerful, pressure-free environment.
- Missing your small group already? Well, there’s a summer small group that’s just gotten started and it’s not too late to join Scott on Thursdays (except for July 4) from 7:30-9 PM at Restoration. Come to pray, read Scripture, and build our own personal Rule of Life. Email Scott (scott@restorationarlington.org) to sign up.
- Hungry for some fun? Sunday, July 14 at 6 PM is the annual Resto Summer Cookout at Oak Grove Park (1606 N. Quincy St. – across from where we park on Sundays). Restoration will provide meat, veggie burgers, and drinks. You get to help with desserts (last names A-G) and sides (last names H-Z). If it rains, we’ll feast in the Fellowship Hall.

- AFAC Volunteers Needed! Sunday afternoons (12:45-3:30 PM) in July and August, volunteers are needed to collect produce from local farmer’s markets. It’s a great way to serve your neighbors and get to know others at Restoration. Families with children are welcome.
