- Crisp fall air, hot cider sippin’ and your closest Restoration friends – join us for the 2019 Fall Retreat, October 12-13, in Massanetta Springs, VA! Registration is open!
- Want to learn more about the new red book in the pews? We are having a workshop on the Book of Common Prayer on Tuesday, August 13 from 7 – 9 PM at Restoration. We’ll talk about the Daily Office and how to use the book in your own prayer life. Email Scott with questions.
- It’s summer at Restoration and it is hot — come cool off with us! Bring a friend and your favorite ice cream topping to share on Sunday, August 18 at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall for the Restoration Ice Cream Social. Resto will bring the ice cream; you bring the toppings – the more creative the better! Email Scott with questions.
- FOUR chances left to serve at AFAC! On Sunday afternoons (12:45-3:30 PM) in August, volunteers are needed to collect produce from local farmer’s markets. It’s a great way to serve your neighbors and get to know others at Restoration. Families with children are welcome. Sign up here or email Diana with questions.
- APEX and kids’ small group leaders get to have all the fun! Want to join us? Let Isaiah and Louise know!
- We are looking for new small group leaders for Fall 2019. If you are potentially interested in leading a group, please contact Nathan. The deadline to sign up is August 25.
- New to Restoration? Want a chance to meet the clergy, and learn a bit more about the church? Join us on August 18th after the 11 AM service for a 15-20 minute conversation and awesome snacks. Join us up on the 3rd floor.
- It’s summer at Restoration and our summer schedule is in full swing! We only have services at 9 AM and 11 AM and we only have nursery and preschool kids’ small groups. [Big kids worship with us in the service with kids’ worship bags available downstairs.]
- Navigators 20s & 30s S’mores and Stories: We hope you can join us on Saturday, August 10 at 7:30pm for s’mores around the fire pit. We’ll just be hanging out and telling stories, so coming and going works fine. Email Anne for more info!
- Don’t leave without saying goodbye. In this area, people come and go all the time. We get it. But we’d love to say goodbye before you go. If you’re moving away, please let us know.
