Register for a Pilgrimage to the Holy Land with Telos and Coracle
Restoration Anglican Church, in partnership with Telos and Coracle, is organizing a trip to the Holy Land for 10 days (April 23 – May 2, 2022). Participants will walk in the footsteps of Jesus and will endeavor to walk where He would walk today as we explore the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the posture of peacemakers.
During the week, there will be opportunities to hear from a wide spectrum of voices across Israeli and Palestinian society, experiencing the vastly different realities of Jewish, Christian, and Muslim communities in the midst of a conflict zone, and how those differences present both opportunities and obstacles for peacemaking. Participants will also learn from those doing the work of justice, healing and reconciliation and learn how to better embrace Jesus’ call to be peacemakers in our own discipleship journey.
Mark Fox is serving as Restoration’s parish coordinator for this unique pilgrimage. Todd Deatherage, co-founder of Telos, will lead the trip, and the Rev. Bill Haley, executive director of Coracle, will be joining the trip as the chaplain.
The deadline to register is March 15, 2022. Find out more information about the cost and details for this trip here.
