Advent + Christmas 2025
There are several opportunities to enter into the spirit of the season this year at Restoration!
Advent Quiet Morning: Join us on Saturday, December 6, from 8:45-noon for a quiet, contemplative morning of prayer as the holiday season begins.
Decorating Restoration: The RestoArts team will be decorating the sanctuary and front yard for the Advent and Christmas season on Saturday, December 6, from 12–4 pm. We’ll have projects for all ages. Lunch will be provided. Interested in helping out? Let Isaac know.
Glebe Star Tree: We invite you to partner with us to provide gifts for the children of families in need at Glebe Elementary School. Click here to sign up to bring one or more of the 252 gifts that are needed. Wrapped gifts should be dropped off at Restoration no later than Sunday, December 14. Quincy Street Christmas Party: On Sunday, December 14, Restoration family, friends, and neighbors are welcome to celebrate the season with festive desserts, games, live holiday music, and a photo booth from 4-8 pm. Join us for a Christmas Carol Sing from 5-6 pm in the sanctuary. Click here for more details. Join our team of volunteers who are making the biggest party of the season happen!
Christmas Eve: We will have Christmas Eve services of lessons and carols at 3:00, 4:30, 7:00, and 8:30 pm. The 3 and 4:30 pm services will be appropriate for kids of all ages, with the whole church family celebrating together. Nursery will be provided. These services will be boisterous. Kids are invited to enter the story by dressing up as their favorite nativity character. The 7:00 and 8:30 pm services will have more moments of quiet, stillness, and contemplation. No nursery will be provided. In all of them, we will welcome with great joy the incarnation of God in His Son, Jesus.
Sunday, December 28: There will be two services at 9:30 and 11:15 am; we will not offer the 8 am service. Nursery will be provided for children age 3 and below.
