Fall Retreat
Registration for the fall retreat has closed. We will continue to let people off the waitlist between now and the retreat, but we are no longer accepting new submissions to join the waitlist.
Join us for a weekend around the fire pit with new and old friends; sessions with our engaging guest speaker, Greg Thompson; and fun activities for every age group. The full schedule will be available closer to the retreat.
Who: You! All are invited, and there will be something for everyone. Nursery and kids’ small groups will be offered, as well as activities for Apex-aged students.
When: 10 am on Saturday, October 11 – 1 pm on Sunday, October 12. All are welcome to add on a Friday night stay to make a weekend of it!
Where: Massanetta Springs in Harrisonburg, VA
Cost: Lodging costs vary widely based on the option selected, ranging from a campsite ($18/night) to hotel-style rooms ($169/night). Meal costs vary based on age: $58/person for those ages 13+; $37.50/person for those ages 6-12; and $28.50/person for those ages 3-5. Each individual’s registration also includes a $10 retreat fee to help cover our additional costs. Scholarships are available. Please contact Callie Goyer.
Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be given until Sunday, September 21. 50% refunds will be offered until Sunday, October 5. We are unable to offer refunds after that date. Please contact Callie Goyer to cancel your registration and request a refund.
