We partner each month with Comunidad to deliver groceries to recently arrived Afghan refugees. We have slots open on Saturdays once a month. Volunteers will be placed in pairs, and each pair will deliver groceries to 4-6 families. Children are welcome to join with their parents. If it’s your first time volunteering for this food distribution, you will be asked to complete a background check. This video offers an orientation to the effort.
