Other Important Details

Serving during Holy Week: There are lots of opportunities to serve at Restoration during Holy Week! You’re invited to join the volunteer team by emailing Nathan.

Holy Week Offering: This year, our Holy Week offerings will be donated to the Anglican Relief and Development Fund (ARDF). They connect Anglican churches around the world with resources to meet the needs of their communities with the tangible love of Christ. The U.S. government’s changes to foreign aid funding has affected many of the communities where Anglican churches serve. ARDF nor the churches they partner with receive federal funding, but the communities where these churches serve do.

In Egypt, Ethiopia, and South Sudan, emergency food and medical services are no longer available. Health clinics serving refugees along the Thailand-Myanmar border have been closed and the recent earthquake has only added to the labors of the churches in that region. In Kenya, an economic empowerment program has been cut for 50,000 households, over 110 staff serving orphans and vulnerable children have been dismissed, and access to lifesaving HIV medications has been halted.
Our gift will provide resources to help the church respond in emergency situations. All offerings put into the plate during Holy Week will go to ARDF. There will also be an option to donate to this fund via Church Center during holy week. However, if you would like to make a gift directly to ARDF, you can do so here.
