Prayers for People Experiencing Vocation Upheaval

When is it? Wednesdays at 12pm for 30 minutes over Zoom. Click here to enter the meeting.

Who’s invited? Anyone who has been personally affected by the changes in the Federal Work Force and anyone who loves people and is concerned about people who are experiencing those changes.

What will you do? A clergy person from Resto will lead from the Anglican Midday Prayer Service (BCP p. 33). We will have an opportunity to be reminded that God sees us and cares, that the Scriptures are true, and that the story that makes sense of our stories is full of hope. We will pray for each other. [Please note, this is a time to care for people who are experiencing real upheaval. The prayer is not in favor of or in opposition to a particular set of political convictions.]

How long will you do this? Currently we will go every Wednesday from now until Wednesday, April 16th (right before Easter). We are curious to see how many folks are interested in this. Is there a better time than Wednesdays at noon? Feel free to let David know. We will keep your feedback in mind as we discern and make decisions about what is best for the care of our people.
