Accommodations
Off-site:
You will arrange for your own housing. There are a number of hotels within a 10-minute drive from Massanetta Springs.
Tent/Shared Tent ($18/tent):
You will provide a tent for your housing and/or share a tent with others. Per Massanetta Spring's policy, tents can house up to 4 people in each tent.
Cottage Bunk ($35):
1 twin bunk bed, in a room with 3 others. Shared bathrooms.
Shared Room ($45):
1 twin bed in a room with a roommate. A connecting bathroom is shared with 2 other guests.
Standard Room ($89):
2 twin beds with a connecting bathroom. The connecting bathroom is shared with 2 other guests.
Standard Double Suite ($154):
4 twin beds, split between 2 rooms, with a connecting bathroom between the rooms.
Lodge ($169):
For groups/families 4+ people. Hotel-style room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom.
Portable cots may be added to your room for $15.
Please note:
Accommodations are offered based on the size of your party to allow us to fit as many people as possible. Most of the accommodations were built in the '50s and '60s. They are dated, small, and somewhat rustic. Think of this as camp!

We recommend only choosing the standard room for four people if you have two small children. It is possible to fit a pack 'n play and a cot, but it is a very tight squeeze.

Retreat activities begin on Saturday morning. Some folks enjoy staying an additional night to explore the area and connect with a smaller group before the retreat officially begins. You will be responsible for your own meals Friday night and Saturday morning.

Do you have anyone to recommend as a Kids' Small Group Leader for the weekend?
Many of our RestoKids attend the Fall Retreat and we work hard to make sure they are well cared for during this time. However, finding trustworthy kids leaders who are available to travel to the retreat is sometimes a challenge. If you know someone who you think might be a good fit, please let us know and Louise Brooks will reach out to you if needed. Expenses are paid and a stipend is offered. If you're recommending someone, please include contact information if at all possible.
