We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming a member of Restoration. In order to complete your membership, you’ll need to:

• attend a Living God’s Story at Restoration dinner (these happen three or four times a year, and is the first step to membership)
• complete the form below
• meet with a member of our clergy or Vestry
• sign the Big Green Book (where we record membership, baptisms, etc.).

You’ll need to make sure you have attended Living God’s Story at Restoration dinner before you fill out the form.
