Seeking CF to fill Penthouse spot in Townhome: The Home: Our house is a big and beautiful townhome located in Potomac Yards/Del Rey, Alexandria! Our common kitchen and living room have high ceilings and a modern style. We are within walking distance of several grocery stores, many coffee shops, and Target. For public transportation, we are a 20-minute walk to the Braddock Metro, a 15 minute walk to the Potomac Yards Metro (that will be opening very soon, we hope!), and across the street from a bus stop. The house is close-by trails for running, walking, or biking, and it is a five-minute drive to the Alexandria waterfront.

The Space: We are searching for one CF who would like to live in the Penthouse of our townhome! Move-in as soon as possible. The Penthouse is full of natural light, It has its own full bathroom, a working fireplace, and a large balcony space for yoga or seating! The space is very new-looking and beautiful. The room is carpeted with high ceilings (the rest of the house has hardwood floors). Washer and dryer are conveniently located on the floor below, and are generally very quiet. Rent is around $1000 monthly, with utilities $40-$60 monthly. Move-in is available immediately!

The Community: We are a welcoming, Christ-centered home of CF professionals in their 20’s and 30’s who go to a variety of churches in the area. The house has been such a huge blessing to me, so I hope that it will be for you too!

Seeking housing:  Hello! I’m Heidi, and I’m softly looking for a room to rent (preferably in a house). My lease ends June 1. I’m currently living in Vienna, VA, and work at a private boarding/day high school in McLean, VA. I do have one fully declawed cat that would be coming with me. I’m a very clean, open, conscientious roommate. I like my space cute and tidy. I’m open to location (Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, could consider DC depending on address) — as long as it’s a decent commute to my job, and my budget is flexible ($700 – $1000). Happy to chat more – you can reach me at 231.794.9049 or at heidihodges13@gmail.com. Thanks for considering!!

Nanny Available:  Our wonderful nanny, Kockey, will be available this summer for any interested families and she asked that I post here. She is available to work 3 days a week although she is willing to work more. She helped us raise our baby from 4 months on and was a steady, gentle presence in our home. She is a grandmother, an experienced caregiver, cpr certified, among many other great traits. Please email me at anna.magliolo@gmail.com if interested in her information. She will be available in June of this year.
