Restoration is partnering with Abara for a Border Encounter trip.

Abara Border Encounters are 3-day educational immersion experiences designed for faith groups. These encounters provide opportunities to listen, learn, and reflect on what the border can teach us, who we are meant to become, and how we can engage with the strangers and immigrants among us.  The experience will offer opportunities to hear from a wide spectrum of voices with a high emphasis on justice, peace, healing, and transformation. 

The trip is scheduled from November 11-15. While the border experience with Abara will take place from Tuesday, November 12- Thursday, November 14, participants will need to factor in a day on either side for travel. Learn more about the trip and register here.
