This fall, Restoration is partnering with Abara to go on a trip to the U.S. Mexico border.

Abara Border Encounters are 3-day educational immersion experiences designed for faith groups. These encounters provide opportunities to listen, learn, and reflect on what the border can teach us, who we are meant to become, and how we can engage with the stranger and immigrant among us.  The experience will offer opportunities to hear from a wide spectrum of voices with a high emphasis on justice, peace, healing, and transformation. 

The trip is scheduled from November 11-15. While the border experience with Abara will take place from Tuesday, November 12- Thursday, November 14, participants will need to factor in a day on either side for travel.
