RestoMen
RestoMen is a great way for the men of Restoration to grow in their relationship to God and to each other. We gather 6–7 times during the school year on Tuesday evenings from 7:30–9 pm to share a meal together, hear some good teaching, and meet in smaller groups to discuss these ideas with one another.
Over and over, we hear that these gatherings offer a place for men to build relationships with each other, find mentors, gain spiritual insight, and just have fun together.
This coming semester our theme is “Living by Faith in a Pluralistic Society,” as we look at the book of Daniel and think about how to follow Jesus while living in a society where Christians are now a minority.
Our Upcoming Schedule:
- Tuesday, February 6 – You are what you worship – Daniel 3
- Tuesday, March 19 – The Writing is on the Wall – Daniel 5
- Tuesday, April 30 – Developing the Habit of Courage – Daniel 6
- Tuesday, June 4 – BBQ & End of the Year Celebration
RestoMen Retreat
Every year, the men of Restoration get away to worship, hear great teaching and have lots of fun together. Our 2024 retreat will be March 8-9 at Meadowkirk Retreat Center in Middleburg, VA.
Our topic this year will be “Building a Resilient Core”, and we have invited Alex Kirk of Chatham Community Church in Chapel Hill, NC to be our speaker.
