2 Important Dates

September 15:  Erin Bair will be made a deacon at Restoration. It is unusual and special to have an ordination at your church (usually they happen in central, cathedral-like locations).  And it is unusual and special to have an entire ordination service to yourself (usually lots of folks ‘get done’ at once).  So tomorrow night is pretty unusual and special for Restoration, for Erin, and hopefully for you! Small groups have not yet started and we are hoping that many in our community will be on hand to celebrate and praise God for His goodness in giving Erin this call.

October 5: About 3 times a year, I like to gather our church together outside of Sunday morning.  These parish meetings are an opportunity to update you on our finances, to cast vision about where God is leading us, and to tell you important things that don’t fit in the few minutes I get on Sundays.  These are family meetings and they are important for everyone who is a part of the family.  So mark your calendars for Tuesday October 5 at 7:30pm at Restoration.  We will be passing out last years Annual Report and getting you ready for the year to come.
