- Small Groups start this week! One of the best ways to get connected at Restoration is by joining a small group, and our next trimester of small groups starts this week & will last until the week before Thanksgiving. Register for a fall small group by clicking on the registration image at restorationarlington.org.
- Tickets for sale for Matthew Smith and Indelible Grace. Mark your calendar for the evening of Oct 21 because you won’t want to miss Matthew Smith with Indelible Grace. - NTRD. The next New to Restoration Dinner (NTRD) will be on Tues, Oct 3 @ 7:30. Join us for dinner and an opportunity to hear a bit about our story and vision – bring your questions. Childcare for those in 8th grade and below will be provided. Register at restorationarlington.org/ntrd. The deadline for sign-up is Oct 1.
- RestoArts Advent Dreaming Today. Each year, RestoArts dreams up some of the visual and liturgical concepts that we will use through the season of Advent. Dream with us at the RestoArts Advent planning meeting this afternoon from 1:30 to 3pm. RSVP to matt@restorationarlington.org.
- RestoBolivia Night! Next Sun, Sept 24 at 6:30pm come hear the RestoBolivia team share reflections from their trip. Event takes place immediately after 5pm service in fellowship hall. Dinner and childcare provided. RSVP to jill@restorationarlington.org if you plan on bringing your children 5th grade and below.
- Women Unscripted: On Sept 26, 7:30pm, Women Unscripted launches with an evening of prayer workshops. Come and find ideas and encouragement as we head into Fall. New beginnings. New inspiration. Bring a friend.
- Outreach Fair. Make a note to stop by the Outreach Fair on Oct 1 – after all three services in the Fellowship Hall.
- Register for Fall Retreat: The Fall Retreat will be Oct 14-15, with Friday night, Oct 13 being optional. Registration is open! Sign up with the team in the Narthex, online, or on the app. Our speaker Joe Ho will lead us in a study on Ephesians 2 with a focus on the problem of race and the power of the cross.
- Hurricane Relief Contribution. Restoration gave $6000 to the Anglican Relief and Development Fund (ARDF) to support the work they are doing to aid those who have been impacted by Hurricane Harvey.
