Fall Retreat
The retreat has reached capacity. We look forward to seeing you there!
Join us for a weekend of time around the fire pit with new and old friends; sessions with our engaging guest-speaker, Ed Ollie, Jr.; and fun activities for every age group. The full schedule will be available closer to the retreat. The registration deadline is Sunday, September 24. In the event that we reach capacity before then, a waitlist will become available.
Who: You! Everyone is invited, and there will be something for everyone. Nursery and kids’ small groups will be offered, as well as activities for Apex-aged students.
When: 10 am on Saturday, October 7 – 1 pm on Sunday, October 8. All are welcome to add on a Friday night stay to make a weekend of it!
Where: Massanetta Springs in Harrisonburg, VA
Cost: Lodging costs vary widely based on the option selected, ranging from a campsite ($18/night) to hotel-style rooms ($169/night). Meal costs vary based on age: $55/person for those ages 13+; $36.50/person for those ages 6-12; and $28/person for those ages 3-5. Each individual’s registration also includes a $10 retreat fee to help cover our additional costs.
Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be given before the registration deadline on Sunday, September 24. 50% refunds will be offered until Sunday, October 1. We are unable to offer refunds after that date. Please contact Callie Goyer to cancel your registration and request a refund.
