Join us for a weekend around the fire pit with new and old friends; sessions with our guest speaker, Madison Perry; and fun activities for every age group. The full schedule will be available closer to the retreat.
Who: You! All are invited, and there will be something for everyone. Nursery and kids’ small groups will be offered, as well as activities for Apex-aged students.
When: 10 am on Saturday, October 10 – 1 pm on Sunday, October 11. All are welcome to add on a Friday night stay to make a weekend of it!
Cost: Lodging costs vary widely based on the option selected, ranging from a campsite ($18/night) to hotel-style rooms ($169/night). Meal costs vary based on age: $62/person for those ages 13+; $42/person for those ages 6-12; and $28.50/person for those ages 3-5. Each individual’s registration also includes a $10 retreat fee to help cover our additional costs. Scholarships are available. Please contact Callie Goyer prior to registration to request a scholarship discount code.

Cancellation policy: Full refunds will be given until Sunday, September 20. 50% refunds will be offered until Sunday, October 4. We are unable to offer refunds after that date. Please contact Callie Goyer to cancel your registration and request a refund.
