Hey guys,

I am excited to announce the dates for our upcoming Men’s Retreat in the spring 2022. We will gather on Fri PM, March 18, Sat PM, March 19 at the Meadowkirk Retreat Center in Middleburg, VA for our annual men’s retreat.

This year, we have invited Curtis Chang to come and be our speaker. He will be addressing the topic, “Anxiety as an Opportunity for Spiritual Growth”.

I encourage you to mark this weekend on your calendar, and be on the lookout for more details in the new year.

P.S. Here is some biographical information about our speaker, Curtis Chang.

Curtis Chang straddles the worlds of secular institutions and theology. As a management consultant, he has won a White House award for social innovation as the founder and head of Consulting Within Reach (CWR), a firm serving nonprofits and government agencies.
Curtis also serves on the faculty of American University in Washington D.C., where he teaches strategic planning.

As a theologian, Curtis is on the consulting faculty of the Duke Divinity School and is a Senior Fellow at Fuller Theological Seminary. His ministry experience includes serving as a senior pastor of an Evangelical Covenant Church in California.  He is the author of Engaging Unbelief: A Captivating Strategy from Augustine and Aquinas (IVP).

More recently, Curtis founded Christians and the Vaccine, a national campaign to persuade Christians to get the COVID vaccine. In that role, he has testified before the US Senate, written for the New York Times, and appeared on CBS News, NBC News, CNN, NPR and other major media outlets. Curtis graduated from Harvard University and is a former Rockefeller Fellow.

He is also the co-host of the Good Faith podcast.

He is married with two children, and lives in San Jose, California.
