The deadline to register has passed. We hope you’ll join us next year!

We invite you to join us for our upcoming 2023 Men’s Retreat! This is a great opportunity to get away and recharge spiritually, as well as connect with lots of other guys in our community.

Here are some key details about the retreat:

When is it?  Friday PM, March 24 – Sat PM, March 25, 2023

Where is it? Meadowkirk Retreat Center in Middleburg, VA

Who is Speaking?

Aaron Damiani is the Rector of Immanuel Anglican Church in Chicago, which he planted in 2013 after 4 years of ministry in Washington DC. He is the author of The Good of Giving Up: Discovering the Freedom of Lent and Earth Filled With Heaven: Finding Life in Liturgy, Sacraments, and other Ancient Practices of the Church. Aaron and his wife Laura have four kids aged 10 through 16. Aaron enjoys cycling, CrossFit and good conversations around a table (especially if Poke is on the menu).

What is our Topic?

Aaron will be speaking to us about “The Father Heart of God,” based on Jesus’ narrative of the two lost sons in Luke 15:11–32. We will consider God’s fatherly welcome towards his sons who struggle with entitlement, loneliness, resentment or striving. As we approach the Father of Jesus, we will come to understand our own calling to become spiritual fathers who are generative, creative, forgiving, and ready to pass on life to the following generation.
Cost of the Retreat?

  • Double Room in the Inn (shared w/another person) $185
  • Bunk-style Room in the Cottage (shared w/10-15 others) $110
