“I’m just not sure what to do… If I do this, then… but if I do that, then… I’m having a hard time deciding what’s best…”
Ever been there?
We make thousands of decisions every day, but the big ones tend to weigh on us. We want to choose well. We want to pick the right door so we can enjoy the best outcome. But it is very hard to choose sometimes, hard to discern. What do we do with two or more good options? What do we do when the “right choice” is unclear?
Join us as we hear from a few of our own about the decisions they’ve made and their processes, and then we will take a look at St. Ignatius and see what wisdom he offers about discernment with the Lord.
“God’s desires for us and our deepest desires are, in the end, not opposed but are one and the same.”
– Kevin O’Brien, SJ
Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.
